1.Product once sold can not be returned.

2.Installation, maintainance and personnel training for generic usage by the client organization are taken care of by the company, and prices for the same are all inclusive in the overall cost quoted by us.

3. our maintainance services are available 24*7. We guarantee 100 percent uptime under normal conditions.

4.Our ERP solutions are subscription based. After end of each financial year, clients will have to pay the predecided annual subscription fee. Upon nonpayment of subscription fee, the installation will fail to work automatically.
